Stove-Top Potpourri

What a perfect weekend for Stove-Top Potpourri to fill your home with smells of the season. I love candles don’t get me wrong, but I am trying something a little new this weekend as we get ready for Christmas. This aroma is going to make the house smell fragrant and full of life. My husband may even ask what I am cooking :)

The ingredients are pretty simple to find for this recipe, I purchased the cinnamon sticks from Costco and the cloves from Molly Stones. The remaining items were easy to find at your local grocery store. The cloves might be a little expensive, but once you have them it’s a wonderful spice to have in the cabinet for a quick pumpkin bread recipe.

This Simmering Stove-Top Potpourri is a great mixture of spices to fill your home with this holiday season. I’ve also seen recipes that mix cranberries in as well.
